Kaitlin is the founder and head coach of FORMTraining, dedicated to helping women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond restore their metabolism, lose fat, and build strength. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, she has dedicated her career to empower her clients to feel confident, strong, and free in their bodies—without cutting out their favorite foods or spending endless hours in the gym.
Having personally lost 30 pounds and overcome years of frustration with restrictive diets, Kaitlin knows what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your own skin. She’s been in her clients’ shoes, trying diet after diet and following the "eat less, move more" advice, only to be left feeling stuck and defeated. That personal experience drives her passion for helping women break free from the same struggles.
