Kaitlin founded FORMtraining LLC. with the vision of helping women unlock their full potential to positively reverse the course of their health and fitness.
She has worked in the fitness industry since 2015 as a personal trainer, CrossFit coach, and now a CEO of her own personal online training and nutrition coaching program. Outside of fitness you'll find Kaitlin drawing, planning a road trip, or hitting the beach for some rest and recovery with her pup Romeo the Frenchie.
Assistant Coach
Meghan joined the FORMTraining team in 2023. Lover of the outdoors, she worked in the outdoor industry for over a decade. Her continual interest in fitness, nutrition & psychology led her to pursue her Nutrition Coaching Certification in 2022. Meghan has a passion for helping women become strong, healthy & confident in their own skin. In her free time, you can find Meghan snowboarding, mountain biking, taking leisurely walks, daydreaming about traveling & spending time with friends.
